Terms & Conditions


- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your spot on my calendar. The remainder is to be paid at the conclusion of our shoot.


- All payments, including the non-refundable deposit, will need to be paid in the form of Cash, Check, Venmo, or Zelle. I do not accept Paypal.


- There is an approximate 1-2 week turn around depending on the length of our session, which I will communicate during your initial inquiry with me. The editing process may be expedited for a fee of $50.


- I do NOT give out raw images. Photos you receive will be edited and retouched. Raw photos do not accurately represent my final work.


- If you would like any additional edited photos, there is a $10 fee per image requested.


- If you choose to cancel your session, you will not be refunded the 50% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable.


- If you’d like to shoot past our agreed end time, a $50/hour fee will apply.


- Travel fees apply to anywhere outside of Metro NYC or Nassau County. Fees will be assessed based on the mileage, equipment and location of the shoot. Prices may vary.


- This serves as a waiver and reminder that the photographer owns 100% rights to each and every photograph.
